Click-and-drag your pointer, keeping an eye on the insertion point.
Note - Small square shape appears at the bottom of the cursor indicating you are dragging a text.

When the insertion point (not your mouse) is in the position you want, release the mouse.
Release the mouse just above the New address line.
 
This action is similar to cut-paste method, but does not use clipboard to store the items.
