The item you cut or copied most recently will be pasted.

The office clipboard automatically copies multiple items when you do any of the following:
§ Copy or cut two different items consecutively in the same program.
§ Copy an item, paste the item, and then copy another item in the same program.

|
|
The collected items stay on the office clipboard until you exit all office programs or you delete the items from the clipboard task pane.
|
|
|
|
|
To open the clipboard, click on the launcher in the Clipboard group on the ribbon.
This will open a task pane on the side of the document.
